I designed this herbal tea using seven different flowers, so the gentle flavor with the beautiful smell of this tea is divine. I created it so it can be drank either hot or cold. The seven different flowers truly add a beauty to this tea that is hard to explain. It helps you to feel relaxed, and often I am told that it is very refreshing to drink after meditation, or just a time you are sitting quietly enjoying nature.
Making Ethereal by the cup full, you would use approximately one or two teaspoon (s) of tea mixture, and one cup of boiling water. Please be sure to boil your water and pour over the tea, do not add the herbs to the water and boil together. After you pour the boiling over the herbs, cover and let it steep for about ten minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. Sweeten with honey, (Optional)
You get approximately 10 oz Herbal Tea.
