I have used an Abalone Shell for a long time as a container to burn my white sage in. Abalone shells naturally make you feel - love, beauty, gentleness, and peacefulness. I always have been able to connect to the energy of the Waters by holding an abalone shell.
The shells are 5" wide, and come with a 6" tripod wooden stand and some white sage. As soon as you get your package, you will be ready to begin smudging.
Directions for Smudging: Place a few leaves of white sage into the abalone shell and gently wave the smoke around you, your sacred space and your home. White Sage is the warrior and will drive away all negativity, leaving you feeling refreshed and balanced. I really like burning a little white sage daily as I light my candles and having the tripod to hold the shell in place makes it very convenient.
